Jamie Tomasello (she/her and he/him) is a technology and policy leader with a strategic focus on practical, sustainable operations and outcomes aligned with business risk. For over 20 years, she/he has been addressing security, compliance, and operational issues at internet service providers, security companies, law firms, and nonprofits. Jamie is the Managing Director at Superbloom Design, a nonprofit whose mission is to change who technology serves by prioritizing human-centered design, community-based research, and knowledge sharing. In her/his role, Jamie provides strategic operational guidance and manages People Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security functions. She/He also serves as a subject matter expert to the Superbloom team and civil society on privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, mental health, and sociotechnical research.
