We may not officially work at your company, but we still consider ourselves a part of your security team! Providing you with top-notch support is part of our mission, so we are ecstatic to see a Best Support badge in several categories, including Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS), Mid-Market Incident Response, Small-Business Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
Specifically, within the Small-Business SIEM category, Blumira scored a 94% for Likelihood to Recommend, a 98% for Ease of Doing Business With, and 100% for Quality of Support, as well as 95%, 95%, and 97% respectively in the general IDPS category.

This quarter Blumira earned the Fastest Implementation and Most Implementable G2 badges in the category “SIEM for Small Business,” ahead of competitors like Logsign Next-Gen, IBM Security QRadar, Splunk, Logpoint, AlienVault USM, Graylog and LogRhythm.
How fast is fast, though? Well, of the vendors in the Small Business SIEM category, Blumira has the shortest go-live time with an average of 0.15 months (that’s approximately 4.5 days!), compared to the other vendors’ overall average of 1.09 months (almost 33 days.)
Not only do we want to get you up and running quickly, but we also strive to make sure the process is as smooth as possible. With a badge of Most Implementable and a score of 96% for “Ease of Setup,” which is based on customer satisfaction with the set-up process, it’s great to see that we’re achieving this goal.
Coming out Swinging
We’re growing stronger every year, as evidenced by our high scores in the G2 Momentum grid. Scores in this grid are based on user satisfaction ratings and reviews; employee, review, social, and web growth; and data on year-over-year change.
This fall, Blumira was recognized in five categories: Log Monitoring, SIEM, IDPS, Incident Response, and Network Detection and Response (NDR).
Knocking it out of the Park
We’re ending this long list of accolades with a nod to our highest badge count yet of 30 High Performer badges, which reflect a high satisfaction rating from our customers.
Among the many categories, some of the most notable were Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR); Log Monitoring; Security Information and Event Management (SIEM); Incident Response; Managed Detection and Response (MDR), System Security; and Cloud Security.
Delving into those satisfaction numbers in the SIEM category, we’re so happy to see that 97% of Blumira users rated us 4 or 5 stars, 98% of our users believe we are headed in the right direction, and Blumira users said they would be likely to recommend us at a rate of 93%.
