This winter, Blumira earned 45 awards including badges for Easiest To Do Business With, Easiest To Use, Fastest Implementation and Best Results — a record-setting number of G2 awards for Blumira.
Blumira earned the Best Support G2 badge for the tenth consecutive time, beating out competitors including Microsoft Sentinel, Panther, LogRhythm, and FortiSIEM.
Blumira scored high in customer satisfaction across the board. 95% of customers would recommend Blumira to others and said that Blumira was easy to do business with. Throughout 2022, Blumira has maintained a customer satisfaction score of 99.7%, according to customer surveys after users engaged with Security Operations (SecOps), technical support, and Dedicated Solutions Architects (SA).
These high ratings demonstrate our commitment to providing customers with not only the tools and solutions they need to achieve cybersecurity, but also access to a team of experts. These experts can answer questions about security findings surfaced in the product, share how to respond based on Blumira’s playbook recommendations, and advise organizations about how to improve their overall security maturity.
“The Blumira team has been fantastic,” said Adam Thomas, Director of Cybersecurity at Path Forward IT, a Blumira customer. “Everyone has been very helpful with quick responses — I couldn’t ask for more.”
Blumira also ranked highly on G2’s Momentum Grid, which features products that have high-growth trajectories based on user satisfaction scores, employee growth, and digital presence.
As a Momentum Leader in four categories, Blumira ranks in the top 25% of the SIEM, incident response, SOAR, and IDPS (Intrusion Detection and Prevention System) categories.
Blumira gained even more momentum this year by releasing the industry’s first free SIEM with detection and response, enabling businesses of all sizes and levels of expertise to quickly and easily secure their Microsoft 365 environments at no cost.
In our mission to make security accessible for all organizations, we’ve lowered the barriers to getting good security by developing a product that’s easy to use and manage — and one that’s completely free for organizations to try. We’re proud to have earned multiple badges that highlight those efforts, including Easiest to Use and Easiest Admin.
Plus, Blumira’s support team already handles many of the management tasks that have historically been pain points — including parsing, configuring alerts, fine-tuning, and rule deployment.
Ease of use was a major reason why Ottawa County chose Blumira, said Mike Morrow, the company’s Technical Infrastructure Manager.
“We like that Blumira is user-friendly and we don’t need a dedicated security analyst to maintain it,” he said. “For some of the other solutions, it would probably require us to have two security analysts on staff. Blumira is well-worth the money.”
Blumira also earned the Fastest Implementation for SIEM, which ranks products based on factors such as customer satisfaction with the setup process and amount of time required to deploy. Blumira earned a 91% ease of setup score, with an average implementation time of .56 months, or 17 days — compared to the industry average of 2.04 months.
Fast, easy setup was one of the many reasons why IT services provider NetSource One chose Blumira, according to Chris Lewis, Information Security Manager.
“The speed of deployment is really phenomenal,” he said. “Detection Filters helped immensely with fine-tuning rules at rollout. The noise level is considerably lower. All of that feeds back into lowering the alert fatigue threshold, trying to keep my team treading water and not drowning in alerts.”
